Blue Creek Pet Cremation

Last week, our English budgie, Ocean, passed away. Kevin from Blue Creek Pet Cremation responded to my request for cremation very quickly. I live in San Jose but I made the drive because I didn’t want to wait too long to get our pet cremated. Kevin was able to provide services the very next afternoon. Yesterday we picked up Ocean cremains. What a nice surprise…. It came in such a nice beautiful little urn (which I got to choose at drop off) with his name engraved and a very thoughtful certificate. Perfect for displaying to honor our little pet. Thank you very much Kevin for your prompt, professional and compassionate service. We truly appreciate this.

They provided a more compassionate and personal experience without charging the price of a new car. I had option to have a paw print with a frame and a necklace with my baby girl ashes for half the price of what my vet charged for just an urn. Thank you for the perfect paw print that I will use for my tattoo. It broke my heart to leave my baby girl there but you returned her to me quickly ....thank you!!

Had an appointment to get my cat cremated and I made a point to have her put down specifically today so I can have her cremated the same day. But day of my appointment 30 min before and not getting no response from business. I was told they had to cancel my appointment last minute after calling them. I already had put down my fur baby . The man said he was sick and unable to help and to figure something out until the next day to get us in. I came here with 3 other fur babies. And will not be returning. I lost my dear fur baby . And had to find another company to take my fur baby in last minute. So she could be cremated. Very unprofessional. They should have reached out yesterday or this morning if they knew they couldn't keep my appointment. Beware . I found an amazing Creamated Memorial company in Merced. They take walk ins and they are very affordable, best price around called Family Pet Mortuary.

Our beloved Tiare passed away rather suddenly over the weekend. Kevin was so kind to fit us in on the day I called for help. I had to find a place to witness cremation as well as not to send our beloved family's ash via mail. Blue Creek is definitely the place to go if you are like me about our fur babies. We drove 1.5 hours from home, and we are really glad we did it. Every single mile worth it to send our fur babies off with all the love. Kevin was very nice and understanding what we were going through. He was even great with our young kids who need extra time to say goodbye to their best friend and perfect older sister. It was such a tough time, but he really made sure that we take moment to have the comfortable level of closure for our great loss. Kevin really helped us to take care of her well until the very end. We really appreciate the service he offered and also some chats about things in life. He did wonderful job engraving her name on her urn and we could come home with her on the same day in our arms. Thank you very much for your great support while we go through such a difficult time. We really appreciate you.

We picked up our Harley today from Blue Creek. They provided a wonderful urn with her name and dates on it. They made the whole experience so much better than the times were have gone through a vet. The compassion and understanding helped us to deal with this. They gave us a lock of her hair, that surprised us in such a good way. The pricing was beyond reasonable. The service exemplary.
