I contacted Clarity Funerals & Cremation the day before my husband passed away. They were exceptionally kind and patient. Nothing ever felt transactional or "business-like." Their information and materials are clear, transparent, and each to understand, so I always knew what my options were. After my husband's death, they handled everything with such professionalism, gentleness, and respect. They informed me at every stage, which made an overwhelming time feel manageable. Their fees are exceedingly reasonable, especially given the high quality of their service. Very high-qualify service, compassionate and genuine people, and truly affordable. Highly recommend.

It was a stress free, seamless process at a very stressful time. I am out of state so the entire process was completed 100% online without issue. Bailey kept me informed of each step through email and phone calls, guiding me through the paperwork, filling out the death certificate and making sure it is mailed out in a timely manner. I would make the claim that Clarity has the most affordable price and the best service. They really did do a fantastic job!

I was satisfied with the service I received from Clarity. When my father passed away, I called Clarity because I read good reviews online. I called multiple times but unfortunately no one was available to take my calls. When I called again I spoke with Ashley and she instructed me to fill out my father’s info online, which in the beginning felt cold and awkward. I went ahead and filled out the info online, and after that Bailey reached out to me through email and from then on she took care of everything, including all the paperwork needed before the cremation services. I didn’t have to worry about all the paperwork and the whole process. Bailey kept me informed and updated through the whole process via email, it was worry-free and stress-free. Eventhough it seemed like everything was through email and lacked some personal touch and personal communication, although I could call her if I have any questions, they took care of everything, including obtaining the death certificate. I appreciated Bailey and her professionalism. I will use Clarity again in the future. April 2025: I would like to add this to my original post about Clarity. I would like to give a huge thanks and big shout-out to Clarity and Bailey Marquez for handling and taking care of my father’s paperwork such as permits needed for me to be able to bring my father’s ashes back to his home country, the Philippines, to grant his final wish to be buried next to his parents. I asked Bailey for her help and assistance and she immediately obliged. She contacted the health dept and she obtained the necessary permits promptly. Bailey was very kind, helpful, supportive, and professional as always. She kept me updated through emails throughout. My family and I appreciated all her help and assistance and it made things easier. From beginning to end since my father passed and with his cremation services, it has been an exceptional service provided by Bailey and Clarity. Thank you so much Bailey, I’ll definitely recommend Clarity to the highest level to my family, relatives, friends, and co-workers should they need cremation services for their loved ones.
