Dr. Jeni was comforting and helpful during a difficult time for our family. She was especially helpful in explaining to our kids why our beloved dog was to be put to rest, how it would happen, and what we could do to honor our Lucy’s life. Dr. Jeni is the perfect harmony of efficiency and empathy.

She took the time to explain every step with sensitivity and understanding. I was a blubbering mess but Dr. Jeni showed genuine empathy. She treated my dog Butters with utmost respect every step of the way. This service went far and beyond my expectations. This is not a service you ever want, but when the time comes, having someone as compassionate and professional as Dr. Jeni makes an unimaginable moment a little more bearable. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Jeni to anyone facing this difficult decision.

Dr. Jeni was a complete gem, in one of the most difficult times. She made the horrible experience of letting go, more bearable and dignified. I felt like she not only held Emma through the end, but she also held us.

Dr. Jeni was amazing. The perfect mix of guidance and support, while also letting it be our moment. Our dog Marley had the most peaceful transition possible and although we miss him so much, we know that he didn't feel any pain or fear. She was very caring and respectful through the entire process. 1000% would recommend her, she really cares about what she does.

110% Yes. We recently had to let our sweet Enzo pass to the other side and Dr Jeni held our hand and guided us with compassion and patience every step of the way. The care she took to explain every step and let us do things in our time was awesome. She added little personal touches to make a difficult time meaningful, memorialized and just overall touching and unique. She does not disappoint, it’s an awkward review to leave but we have Pets and we will trust the transition of our beloved animals in the future to Dr Jeni. ❤️
