Thank you, Heather, for making such a difficult time in our life a little easier to process. We called on Sunday morning when our Zeus passed away, and right away, she went over the process. When we arrived, Heather greeted us and took out a gurney to wheel Zues in . She comforted my husband, my son, and i . I will never forget what she told my son, " his spirit is much more larger than his body," and told him to turn on a candle for our Zeus. It was then when I realized we had brought him to rest in the most perfect place because I knew he was going to be well taken care of, and he was. He was ready to pick up in just 4 days, and even though we didn't make any upgrades, she gifted us a wood paw impression of Zues, and for that, we are internally greatfull because get to cherish a bit more of Zues. Thank you again.

Losing a pet is never easy, but losing our sweet puppy after only 6 days was absolutely heartbreaking. My husband and I were fortunate enough to be referred to Furrrever Friends—and even more fortunate to be helped by Heather. She didn’t rush me, and didn’t treat our puppy Winnie like “just another pet,”. She never minimized the depth of our sorrow. Instead, she listened. She comforted. My soul cat, Connie, recently passed away, and I can't thank them enough for their compassionate support during such a difficult time. When I learned that Connie had only a few weeks left to live, I was devastated. The thought of losing her was unbearable, and I felt overwhelmed trying to make arrangements for her passing. I knew Connie would prefer at-home euthanasia, but I wanted to ensure I received her ashes and that she would be treated with the utmost respect. That’s when I found Heather at FURREVER Friends. From our first interaction, she was responsive and incredibly sympathetic. The relief I felt when I learned I could bring Connie’s body directly to her was immense. It allowed me to say goodbye in privacy, which was so important to me. Heather's kindness and professionalism shone through as she guided me through every step of the process, reassuring me that Connie would be treated with dignity. When I arrived at FURREVER Friends, I was met with a warm and welcoming environment. Heather took the time to explain everything again, making sure I felt comfortable. I truly appreciated that there was no pressure to purchase extras; her prices were fair, reflecting the genuine care she and her staff provided. The way Connie was treated was nothing short of beautiful. Heather and her team made her look peaceful and lovely, surrounded by flowers during the viewing. Caitlin, whose name I hope I spelled correctly, showed immense compassion and created lovely paw and nose prints that I will cherish forever. The two young men who handled Connie's body were deeply respectful, which meant so much to me during this painful time. If my own funeral arrangements could reflect even half the respect that FURREVER Friends showed Connie, I would feel honored. Last week we lost our sweet Pedro our 5lb chihuahua and we decided to take him to furrever for a private cremation. We waited a total of 3 days and it was such an easy process. They were empathetic they also made everything very personalized even complete with a wooden heart engraved with his name that we did not ask for but loved. We are very satisfied with the services. I highly recommend this establishment as a loving place to take your pet on their last car ride.
