These people are liars. They didn't initially give me their price sheet, which they are required by law to do. The person that helped me was very confusing and hard to work with. She tried to blame the cemetery for her own issue, as opposed to just being honest. So they will hold my father-in-law for 11 days before we can have a service. I went and paid immediately so that we could move it along. Unfortunately they didn't do their part and then lied about it. So if I could give them zero stars I would. And I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. They have no compassion, considering the circumstances. They created an already stressful situation more stressful. They should definitely not be in the business that they're in.

We had a really terrible experience trying to work with this team. We were quoted a particular price and they tried to charge us almost double at the final hour. They did not provide the quote in writing which they legally were supposed to and instead waited until we had finished all the paperwork to tell us they wanted to charge almost double what their direct cremation price is. They also were very insensitive considering the circumstances.

My dad unexpectedly passed away. James made the process easy and smooth. He's very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm young and had no idea on what to do. Me and my brother felt very at ease and comfortable with starting the cremation process. James cares about his clients and their needs. I did shop around and James prices came in by far the best. I highly recommend James and Santa Clara funeral & cremation services.
