West Coast Pet Memorial

WCPM cremated my sweet kitten Mochi who died suddenly. They were prompt, kept me updated, and were very nice on the phone during this sad time. The box the ashes came in is nice too.

I just want to Thank the staff at Paws Pet Cremation for making us feel comfortable and confident we were leaving our beloved dog (Blu) in good hands. You blended the right amount of compassion and professionalism in our time of need to set our minds at ease, sincere thanks, Love The Egan Family

Lost my little boy to a dog attack and West Coast Memorial was more than understanding and compassionate during my grief process. Due to the unexpectedness of the incident, I felt it was necessary to say my goodbye again. I was able to set up a viewing of my pet a week after the attack, once he was embalmed, was given plenty of time with him, and was able to bring my other living animals so they could also have their closure. Thank you to everyone at this facility, my thankfulness for your support and compassion during this time is something I will never be able to fully express. Rest In Heaven Aloani! Mama will make you proud 🖤

Big, big shout out to Mona and Ana at WCPM. I went through a tough logistical ordeal due to UPS (West Coast Pet Memorial doesn't use UPS anymore) and Mona went absolutely above and beyond to help put my mind at ease as I anxiously awaited the arrival of my dogs ashes (for example, she drove to the facility late at night on a Friday to help me with something- one of many things she did). Because of the awful situation I had to deal with that wasn't even caused by them, she and Ana had a custom blanket made for me with my dogs picture on it and had it sent to me. This is spectacular care for clients and I will always refer them, and will use them in the future always. Thank you Mona and Ana
