She did everything to help our family be informed to make our decisions and made it as easiest for us as possible. Bay Area Cremation were very professional and took care of the whole process at a very good price. All the paperwork was easily filled out online and they handled everything that needed to be officially done once I contacted them. I received my Father's remains in the mail 2 weeks after his passing.
