Back In April I lost my childhood rabbit Cotton suddenly. I was out of town and the cremation place I had researched beforehand wouldn't be open long enough for her to be dropped off. I spoke to Claudia who was very sympathetic and able to take her despite the late drop off. Then worked with Codi on how to proceed with her cremation. Both were very sympathetic and patient during this time and I am eternally grateful. The pictures attached were the ink paw prints I received afterwards as well as the clay paw print they did with the picture frame(got a little loose and haven't had the attention to reattach it) They also have free eggs from the chickens on the range. Definitely grab a carton if they have any
Tracy was our sales rep, and she was truly amazing. I can’t recommend her enough. We came in the same day I received the heartbreaking news about my 1-year-old blue heeler, Roxy, and decided to have her cremated at Monterey LovedPet. I told Tracy how incredible Roxy was and how much she meant to our family. She understood completely—she has heelers of her own—and even mentioned that if we were ever interested in having another heeler, she would let us know. Just a few days later, she called to say she knew someone with a red heeler puppy available. My family and I decided to take him in, wanting to keep the same breed that our beloved Roxy was. Thanks to Tracy’s kindness and thoughtfulness, we not only felt supported during a painful time but also welcomed a new little heeler into our home! 🥹😊 (Roxy in the left, baby red heeler on the right)
I remember seeing in the news about this beautiful please call Loved Pets (Cemetery) And when are beloved Chewbie passed away in 2018 the first thing I remember was this beautiful place we made the appointment and this lady helped us with the transition they made us feel at home we had a wonderful experience. During COVID our beloved Simba, passed away on 2020 Things were a little bit different, but they still made us feel welcome. So when our beloved Jackson passed away on 8-27-25 We made an appointment and things haven't changed one bit everything is still beautiful as I remember the only thing we made a wonderful man, name Jim he makes you feel part of the family, and he makes you feel very at ease i just want to say thank you so much, Jim and hes wonderful associates for being there in her time of need may God Bless U All 🐶🐾🐶🐾🐶
I unfortunately lost my kitty the day before Halloween. The vet hospital turned me away for dropping him off to cremate him because they require you purchase an urn upwards of $200, not including the cost of the private cremation and 'body disposal' fees. I decided to look for local crematoriums and found LovedPet. I called and immediately received empathy and kindness from the other end of the line. I was told I could bring him right away. When I arrived, Megan greeted me. She had my grab my baby from the car and bring him over to where the crematorium is and then she took me over to the chapel. She was so empathetic, kind and thoughtful. She made me feel comfortable and safe to cry over my kitty while we went over everything. I watched the NBC video and received the $50 discount and was allowed to pay in payments over 60 days, as his passing so soon wasn't anticipated. I truly cannot say enough good things about them and my experience here. When the unfortunate time comes that I lose my pets, I will most definitely continue to bring them here. Thank you LovedPet for taking such good care of my handsome kitty.
I lost my sweet skinny pig, Nigel Lu, and wasn’t sure where to go from there. Sad and scattered, they were able to help me through the process. Megan showed me care, compassion, and empathy. Who knew a little piggy could leave such a mark? Thank you Megan, for helping me put my sweet baby to rest. I’m grateful for this affordable and convenient option. LovedPet gives you support and peace of mind, when the last thing you want to worry about is logistics. Hopefully none of my pets ever die ever again, otherwise I will be back. Forever grateful 🥰
