Bruce went far and beyond what was asked of him! He not only lovingly and efficiently was able to transport my precious pet who was suffering to the emergency room, but he also stayed with me for hours to help me understand my options. He went out of his way to make sure he was able to help my daughter get there to say her goodbyes and then he also was able to transport my sweet pet after he passed away to get cremated. I wish I could give him a higher rating. He is one of the best businessman I have ever done business with in San Diego and I’ve been here for 15 years. He treated me more like a friend and I had just met him and he was a calm in my complete stress and grief . Thanks again Bruce for all of your love you were a godsend.

Bruce is the pinnacle of professionalism and communication. In the middle of my move from Hawaii back to the mainland, I had relied on Bruce to pick up myself, my dog, and all 5 of my oversized luggage crates from the cargo terminal at the San Diego airport and take me to the VPC in San Diego to pick up my car. My flight had been delayed 3 hours, and despite Bruce having other bookings that same day, he made multiple trips to the airport to accommodate my situation. Even going as far to wait at the airport before I arrived just in case I wanted to meet my dog immediately upon landing. We proceeded to the cargo terminal where everybody knew his name like “Norm” from Cheers and he basically picked up my dog for me. He was extremely communicative, detailed, and quick-to-respond (even at 2 AM when my flight was delayed). If you have a complicated situation involving moving an animal with multiple factors, Bruce is the only answer!

Bruce was a lifesaver for us! We needed to get our cat on a flight to Columbus and the foster was unable to get the cat to airport. I reached out to Bruce and he alleviated all my worries....as well as those of the rest of the people involved in this transport. He communicated clearly and timely every step of the way. We could not have asked for more from him. If I could give him 10 stars I would! Thank you Bruce for rescuing our transport!

Since I'm a disabled person who does not drive I depend on others to help me out. My vet asked me to have my cat seen in an emergency hospital and I hemmed and hawed and waited until the early morning and called Bruce. He showed up within 30 minutes and dropped my cat off at the hospital and then brought him back to me. He was very kind and very gentle with my Gabe.
