We would like thank Rommel for his very professional , and compassionate attention to our little doggies , who both tragically passed away within 2 weeks of each other. A heart wrenching experience for us. . Rommel cared for our little friends with loving attention as he took them to their resting place. He provides a wonderful service , the little memories of paw prints and nose markings are with us for ever. The ashes of our little friends arrived back home in beautifully presented little boxes. Would 100% recommend to my family and friends. Losing a pet/family member is so difficult but Elaine was so warm and genuinely empathetic from answering the phone to meeting her to pick up our birdie. Sonia was also super sweet and gentle when we dropped our girl off. Prices are fair and the accessories offered are awesome too. They have a family room that really helps with parting. They were communicative throughout the entire process and I would not trust anyone else with this process than them. Thank you!!

My sweet dog Rocco who was 16 years old passed away recently, and it has been heartbreaking because he was family to me for so many years. I am very grateful that I found this place to help with the transition of his passing. The attention and care they gave my Rocco from dropping him off and saying our final goodbyes at their facility; to picking up his remains and paw prints was so thoughtful. The details and presentation of their services was beautiful. Elaine and her husband made the process peaceful, and I am truly grateful to them and their services.🙏🐾

It's hard when you lose a pet because they are family but when I called when I lost my pet they were so nice on the phone And they have a wonderful service in person. Super nice people
