SVPC helped us with our senior poodle who died over Thanksgiving weekend. They were available within a hour on the night we called, and were so kind and helpful in taking care of the situation. There is an extra fee for off hours care, but they were efficient without making us feel rushed. We felt that we could trust them with our beloved dog. The ashes were returned in a nice box and came back in 3 days. We recommend this business.

I recently lost my 15 year old cat, and the team at Sorrento Valley Pet Cemetery helped my sister and I through an incredibly difficult time with kindness and compassion. We chose to have her cremated, and they handled everything with such care and respect. Erika was absolutely amazing - patient, understanding, and genuinely empathetic. She made sure every detail was handled perfectly and offered so much comfort during the process. We lost our Cat Milo, and it was devastating to our family. Sorrento valley was amazing. They were so caring and thorough during a time where we did not focus on what to do next. They picked up milo and took care of everything. Made decision of what to do next amazing and easy. We felt like they were part of our family and making milo live on in your memories with a beautiful urn and paw print was a special touch. Gerry was amazing and his comforting touch was perfect during a time of sadness. We miss our cat, but we have his memory in our home now and with the great people at Sorrento Valley we are forever grateful.

From the bottom of my heart I can’t thank Erika and the entire staff at Sorrento Valley Pet Cemetery enough. I recently experienced my very first loss to my very first pet.
