My brother lived, and died, in La Jolla and I found myself trying to find out what to do from the UK. I was recommended Balboa Cremations by the hospital’s department of decedent affairs and I am so glad I acted on that. Jennifer has been absolutely wonderful in helping me through the whole process and made it a lot easier than I feared. Because my brother had family and friends in 2 countries we decided to have his ashes put into 2 containers so that I could bring one back to England. It was really straightforward and Jennifer was happy to facilitate this. I can unreservedly recommend Balboa Cremations for their compassion and efficiency at such a difficult time.

They were easy to reach, communicative, and very empathetic. Jennifer took my numerous calls and was very understanding when complications with family took place. I would *highly* recommend.

Randy, Jennifer and the other staff were very kind, compassionate and extremely helpful. We just wanted direct cremation for my mother and several copies of her death certificate.
