Our Daughter passed away in California and everyone lived in different states far away. I called Envoi Cremation, I spoke with Jose. He was so kind and helpful. He handled all of the Hospital paperwork and kept us well informed. Jose handled everything! After the Cremation was final, he shipped ashes to my house. He handled an excruciatingly painful time for our family and handled it with such gentleness and compassion. I highly recommend them. Besides be so kind and helpful they were very reasonably priced.

Envoi was referred to us by our hospice nurse, saying some of her other clients had used them and were very pleased. I called and Jose answered. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We had a lot, plus we didn't know exactly what to ask. Jose was very patient, kind, and professional. Although we could have used another company, we decided to go with Envoi as we were not going to have a service and Jose was able to offer us a very reasonable price. The gentlemen who came to our home were also very kind, professional, and compassionate. They treated the body with dignity and were very respectful when moving things around. I also appreciated them letting me know the next steps so I could prepare myself emotionally and for letting me observe the entire process. For our family, we are very pleased with the services provided by Envoi. All verbal and written agreements were honored and when the time comes, I will reach out to Jose again.
