I went to the Martinez FAMILY with a heavy heart, I had been to a place called Mountain view in Palo Alto, I spoke to a darling lady Katherine Ruiz, however when I arrived there a man name Cornelius, was so verbally aggressive, abuse, and rude, I just lost my family, and still in terrible pain, so I was so thankful to find a caring, loving, personal approaching people. This family understands with there hearts the pain your in and they are comforting and reassuring that your love one's are in the best hands. That is exactly 💯 what the Martinez FAMILY do, they stick to the financial agreement no surprises, and the time table is kept up with, they also let you know steps of all the process. I have the utmost of respect 🙏 for the Martinez FAMILY Funeral Cremation Home, as hard as it was to have to take care of these matters, Rosi made me feel like family, and she handle everything ❤️ in the most professional but loving way. My mother-in-law funeral service was handled by Martinez Family Funeral Home on July 7, 2025. The company Staff showed their kindness, empathy and professionalism during our difficult time. They were very supportive and treated our family as their own. We appreciated the funeral home's attention to detail in planning and executing funeral arrangements, including preparing the deceased for viewing. The funeral home staff communicated with us clearly and promptly. They were willing to patiently answer our questions and guide us through every step of the process. The funeral home emphasizes building relationships with families beyond the funeral service, offering continued support and connection. The services were extremely affordable compared to other funeral homes. In summary, Martinez Funeral Family home provided a much better service, from consultation and preparation to viewing and cremation, than expected. We are thankful for their perfect services.
