We highly recommend this place. My brother passed away in October and we received exceptional service. Josue was able to meet with us immediately after my brother's passing. Very compassionate, and we truly felt very comfortable with the location. If we could offer 10 stars we would!

I looked into services on behalf of a family members recommendation. I can only assume that the Riverside location was the reason this business was held in high regard. When I called the Hollywood location it felt like there was a lack of enthusiasm to have my business. I was told information would be sent to be confirmed and electronically signed which never happened. It was when Josue (Josh) Najera threw his co worker Michele for his failure to follow through what he said he was going to do, that I decided this was not the place for me.

National Cremantion was professional and caring as they help our family with the cremation of a loved one. easy to deal with Josh was our represenative.

Josh helped me and my wife get through a really tough time. He has been patient, understanding, and attentive. Hey made a highly stressful and extremely difficult situation much easier to deal with for us. His kindness and compassion was very comforting and we will always be grateful for his empathy.

Everyone at National Cremation Service was very kind and tender during the loss if my father. They did not pressure or up sell me into any extra services. The support they provided durung and after this process gave me much needed strength to move forward.
