All the staff we interacted with especially from the time Jasmine and Juan came to collect my husband were so respectful and caring. The staff who managed the burial were so kind and professional. I couldn’t have asked for a more solemn and all around professional service. Thank you all for the support and respect you have shown us during our time of grief.

Tanner Boggs was professional and knowledgeable and treated my Uncle with dignity and respect. Very thorough in the process and what we needed to do.

I want to say how absolutely pleased I was with every aspect of planning my daughter’s funeral. I worked with Luciano Ramirez and Gloria Cervantes. Both of them were so kind and so helpful during such an emotional and stressful time. On the day of the funeral, when I walked into the Chapel of the Roses and saw how beautifully they set everything up I was in such amazement! It was perfect, magical, pink and so beautiful!!! The design team even set up a special table that was so beautiful and perfect with the color scheme and theme. We were so surprised and just in awe! My daughter’s makeup and presentation was done beautifully and she looked amazing. The makeup / preparation team did such an excellent job and my daughter looked so good and like a princess!! The attendants who assisted us during the funeral were kind, thoughtful and very communicative. I am so thankful for their help that day! The ceremony and burial were beautiful and our family and guests were so pleased and impressed by everything Oak Hill did for us. Thank from the bottom of my heart for making this a beautiful experience that we will never forget!!!

On September 16,2025 Myself and my wife visited my brother who was buried in the Military section at Oak Hill Cemetery. Even though the staff at the office were very helpful with maps and numbers, my brother grave site was very hard to fine. The maintenance people were mowing and watering without removing the grass clippings over the grave sites, which made it very difficult to fine him. I felt that the Field Of Honer has been neglected for some time! All the sites needed to be edged and grass removed and a lot of flower vases were missing. Thanks For Listening
