David was absolutely wonderful. He picked up the phone right away and walked me through everything in such a calm, caring, and compassionate way. He arrived quickly to pick up our cat and handled everything with such dignity and respect. It was a very emotional and chaotic day for our family, and having David there to guide us through the process made such a difference. The service was professional, affordable, and we received our cat’s ashes back much sooner than expected, which brought us comfort and peace of mind. We unexpectedly lost our sweet Boxer, Cash, and were absolutely devastated. In the middle of our heartbreak, we found David and his team and we are so incredibly grateful we did. They are available 24/7 and came within just a couple of hours to pick up Cash with such care and compassion. He kept us updated throughout the process and returned Cash’s ashes to us within a week, beautifully packaged with care and respect. David was fantastic with our bearded dragon Mushu. I appreciated the caring way he picked him up and delivered him home personally. During a loss like that, it's devastating and during the shock, you aren't sure what to do. I heard of him through my son, David handled his dog Athena's death. He did a beautiful job with her too.
