My family had the recent heartbreak of losing our beautiful baby boy Rufus. We were so in grief that didn’t know what to do. My sister found this location and even though Rufus passed at night on a holiday weekend, Elaine answered our call and led us through this process in the most loving and gentle way imaginable. She had a beautiful room ready for us so we had the opportunity to say our goodbyes. She honored our grief with patience and empathy. We knew our boy was in good hands. The pickup of his remains was equally as beautiful and truly honored the dog we loved as a member of our family. They provided the most gorgeous box for Babybear’s ashes and even created a stunning vase with her picture on it. Thanks to them, I will always have my Babybear close to me. I was caretaking my friend’s dog while she was traveling abroad. Unfortunately, I found her elderly pup passed away.
