Shana is filled with empathy and sincerely cared about me from the days my person passed and stayed in touch by phone (not just emails) each step of the process. In our case, the doctor was delayed in signing the death certificate which meant the Cremation was unable to be carried out for about two weeks. Shana followed up several times with the doctor's office and the skilled nursing facility where the death occurred and kept me informed each time until the doctor completed the paper work and the cremation took place. Tulip Cremation Services offers many options so you can tailor your choices to your budget. I paid approximately half of what a funeral home/mortuary charges and didn't need to leave my home. I just wanted simple cremation, and was never pressured to spend more. Quality services from start to finish. Nothing worse than losing a family member, and Tulip was a huge help.
