We lost our senior dog, Roman, on 09/10/25. I reached out to Scott a few hours before Roman passed away to talk about options. Scott was responsive, helpful, compassionate, and understanding of the difficult time we were going through. After Roman passed, Scott came to the house to pick him up. He said all the right things and was very comforting. A few weeks later, Scott came back with an urn, a footprint, and other remembrance items. It's rare in life that you meet somebody who was put on this Earth to do exactly what they're doing, Scott is one of those people. Both of my wonderful, beloved dogs, Louie and Becky, passed away recently after 15 years on this earth and Scott did an excellent job with their aftercare. Scott is very kind, compassionate, and witty which helped us get through this very difficult time in our lives. His soothing words of wisdom and comfort were much appreciated. I liked that Scott does most of the work himself and that our dogs are individually cremated with no mixing of ashes. The presentation was beautifully done down to even our pet's blankets being returned neatly folded and wrapped. I'm very grateful for Scott and his services to treat our dogs with the care and respect they deserve as they transition to the Rainbow Bridge.

Scott had a beautiful candlelit room prepared for a bit of prayer service; it had beautifully lit candles, a proper setup to lay my little man down, classical music playing, gorgeous flowers, and so much more. Scott's prayers expressed his compassion and a deep understanding of humans' profound love for animals. Among the thousands of memories you have with your pet, that last goodbye as you remember them is the most memorable. At Garden's Edge is at the pinnacle of dignity and professionalism. My husband and I are so grateful for At Garden's Edge. They have graciously and lovingly provided cremation service for 5 of our cat companions over the years. Scott is so kind and responsive, and they have always been there when we have needed them. The extra touches they provide with their service are so beautiful and soothing to the heart. It feels like we are being card for by extended family.
