Caring Pet Crematory

This is the second time we have used Caring Pet after losing one of our beloved elderly cats. The staff are very compassionate and professional. The cost was over $100 less than what we were quoted by our vet's office. Even with the holiday, Baby's remains were returned to us in a short time. They have a very nice selection of urns and memorial products. They weren't pushy about getting us to buy stuff, which was much appreciated. Being animal lovers, I'm sure we will need services again at some point, and will definitely use Caring Pet.

After the untimely passing of my desert tortoise, I was tasked with finding a crematory to handle her remains. My tortoise wasn’t just “another pet”, she had been in my life 51 years. I was there the day she hatched from an egg as I was just a little girl. Isabel at Caring Pet was truly compassionate and helped me every step of the way. She was very responsive to my needs and honest about their services. Since tortoises cremate different than other pets I had to choose a much larger urn that could handle her remains. Caring Pet not only provided a beautiful urn, they made me the most precious footprint of my sweet Agnu. Thank you so much for your wonderful service during my time of grief. It has taken me some time to write this review since the passing of our 13-year-old chihuahua, Coco, on July 30th. The loss was so difficult, but the service we received from this crematory deserves to be acknowledged. From the very first call they were kind, compassionate and responsive. Andrea, in particular was amazing, she guided us with empathy and professionalism, helping us feel comforted during such a heartbreaking time. We were given the chance to have a private moment with our beloved Coco before her cremation and it truly helped us find some peace. She had been prepared so beautifully for viewing in such a comforting space, it felt like we were sending her off in the best hands possible. We also greatly appreciated that they are a family-owned business with their own on-site crematory. Knowing Coco would remain in their care the entire time until we picked up her urn brought us so much comfort and reassurance that she was being treated as if she were their own. They also offered many beautiful ways to honor our princess, including necklaces to hold her cremated remains, urns and keepsake mementos. Their prices were affordable, communication was excellent and Coco was returned home to us quickly. This family-owned crematory truly lives up to its wonderful reviews. The lady that helped us was was very nice. When going in to tell Dixie'ann Goodbye, she made her look very comfortable. She even put a flower by her ear. It was such a beautiful ceremony. I really appreciate you for everything you've done for us to make it as easy as possible.

Me and my mother were both treated very respectfully and gently during our time here. We didn’t feel embarrassed looking unkempt in this difficult time and my little son was taken care of with care. The process was timely and we got kind messages after we received his ashes.
