Paws Into Grace

After our 18+ year old kitty, Katherine, took a turn for the worst, we knew she was ready to go. We couldn’t imagine saying goodbye anywhere except home, surrounded by love. Paws Into Grace helped us give her that yesterday morning. Dr. Toni ended her suffering with so much patience, calm, and kindness that it softened our own grief in the moment. I pray no family ever has to make this kind of decision, but if you do, please know you won’t regret choosing this team if your experience is anything like ours. The care, gentleness, and compassion we felt from the very first intake call were everything we hoped for. I truly can’t recommend Paws Into Grace enough. They guided us through one of the hardest days of our lives with grace, love, and tenderness. We also found so much comfort in knowing her ashes will be released at sea; a beautiful and peaceful way to set her free.

We are so grateful that we called Paws into Grace to help us with sending our sweet Gunter Sweety to the rainbow bridge. Dr. Derek was so kind, patient and had a calming presence. He explained everything every step of the way and gave us the space and time with our baby. This was one of the hardest things we had to do and we miss our girl so much but this was the best experience we could have asked for. They handled our baby with compassion, dignity and care and then the driver came and they took our baby away in a gentle and dignified manner. Dr. Derek said some beautiful words and gave us time to say one last goodbye. The driver was so kind and promised he would take care of our girl. I would recommend Paws to Grace to anyone with a fur baby. Thank you so much for making such a difficult and heart breaking situation and making it peaceful ❤️

Paws into Grace was so loving and patient with me as my grief was overwhelming when my Boxer, Charlie of 15 years, left. They provided so much genuine compassion and updated us on all stages of the process. I am beyond grateful for all of the staff at Paws into Grace. Everything from our first phone call to finally bringing our baby home went far above and beyond. Dr Caroline Seitz came to our home on one of the worst days of my life. She offered soothing words that truly helped me get through the experience, and afforded us plenty of time and space to process what was happening. Our beautiful dog passed away surrounded by his family in his favorite spot in the yard on his comfy bed. The dignity and respect Dr Caroline showed to our dog was so incredibly comforting. When we brought our baby home, the office was just as comforting and even let my daughter take home a little trinket. My dog’s pawprint and hair snippet will always be treasured. I cannot express my gratitude enough to the entire team at Paws into Grace ❤️

From the moment we had to make the hard decision, to receiving all of our sweet girls ashes and imprints, Paws Into Grace was wonderful and heaven sent. Our sweet girl Malia had a rapid decline and we found ourselves making the decision to put her down one night at midnight. I called them and left them a voicemail as it was midnight. The next morning right at opening, they gave me a call back and were able to squeeze us in that same morning at around 11am. It was so hard but even during the phone call and scheduling they make it as smooth of an experience as possible. We had no expectations as this was our first dog. But the moment the veterinarian walked into our home, it was such a peaceful and heart warming experience to have the privilege of our sweet girl passing away peacefully on top of her favorite spot on the couch, on her favorite blanket. Every step of the way, the doctor was so sweet and gentle with our girl. She explained every step of the way and we NEVER felt rushed. She emphasized for us to take our time in every step and was so kind when she acknowledged that the last thing we wanted to do was choose what items we would like customized but that it was pertinent so assure so that we get them back to us as soon as possible. Once they took our baby girl, our items that we had imprinted and customized were so beautifully crafted. It was the best experience and all worth the price that made a terrible moment into a peaceful moment. Thank you Paws Into Grace 🙏🏽🫶🏽🐾🕊️
