I cannot say enough to express my gratitude to the team at Preferred Pets. From the moment I needed to put my baby boy Robin to rest, they were there. They took such grand care of my Robin. Keeping me updated every step of the way, answering my questions with care, listening to me between sobs… they were there. When it came time to pick up Robin, my family and I were pleasantly surprised by the care put behind how Pam packaged him. Robin’s urn was carefully placed in a bag with our necklace, clay paw print, a bookmark with his picture and a poem, a vial of fur, and a sympathy card with a cat bracelet inside. The thoughtfulness and care behind the whole process didn’t take away the pain of losing my beloved, but it definitely softened the blow. Additionally, while other places quoted me around $300 for a base service, Preferred Pets charged much less with a much higher quality, and the flexibility to get keepsakes to memorialize my baby. I will forever be grateful to this team for caring for my boy. May you all be blessed. ❤️

Amazing place and highly recommend! Very compassionate people, very inviting as soon as I walked in. My hamster passed away and I quickly needed to figure out where to bring him. They were able to take him quickly the same day. An older lady helped me out and helped pick out my best options. I waited about 10 business days. Everything came beautifully packaged and handled with so much care. The little details is what tied everything together. Everything was boxed up, Preferred Pets were able to fulfill my wishes of keeping his paw prints, came with a bookmark, a card, and a beautiful bracelet.They kept me updated with everything by text message which was also a bonus. I thank everyone that works here you made my grieving easier knowing he was handled with so much love. It’s a great peace of mind

Just picked up my cats ashes and got get paw print made. It’s honestly very upsetting that they didn’t even take the time to make sure to do a good mold of her paw print…

It’s been a year since my pet passed away and my phone shared a memory with pictures from my great experience with Preferred Pets Cremation. From initial contact they were very kind and communicative. I appreciated them taking care of my hedgehog’s cremation right away. They were so considerate to give me a chance to say goodbye in their office and offered heartfelt condolences. When I picked my pet’s remains they were packaged with great care in and wrapped in a beautiful gift bag complete with a card, picture, and bookmark. I’m a big reader so it was perfect token to remember my Hagrid. Anyone who has lost a pet understands how difficult it can be so my experience with them meant a lot and I am so grateful I found them. Highly recommend :)
