When my loved one was transported from nursing home to their business, they did not explain the daily holding Fees and furthermore did not explain the release fees associated with having another mortuary handle my loved one. Outrageous Fees! Felt no compassion from the business. Oh and the international transfer fees…Double the price from others. Here’s an example: 3 days of holding and releasing my loved one: $900!!! Felt taken advantage of!

Alma and Ken are the most caring and kind people. They are also incredibly responsive and professional. They went above and beyond for our family as we mourned the loss of our brother. We knew he was in good hands. Our family will always remember them.
