She is so kind & sympathetic & does not rush you, she gives you time to feel at peace before she removes the pet from your home. It is a very nice way to remember your pet.Jane is so kind & respectful of you & your pet & your loss.
My baby died very suddenly in the middle of the night. I called Very Important Pet Mortuary the next day. Jane was very kind and sweet to me. Jane came to pick up my pet and took the time to explain to me the process of bio-cremation, what to expect, and examples of what I would get at the end of the process. Jane assured me that my pet was in good hands. I really appreciated that. A few days later I received a wonderful sympathy card from Jane and Tracey. It was very delightful to receive. Daniel then delivered her ashes several days later and presented me with a clay print of her paws, certificate of cremation and a beautiful cedar chest with lock and key. It was my first time dealing with the death of a pet. It was a very difficult experience. I appreciate Very Important Pet Mortuary's professionalism and ability to empathize with my grief. I would recommend their services to anyone looking to cremate their beloved pet. Thank you Very Important Pet Mortuary.
I have nothing but good things to say about Very Important Pet Mortuary. They came to my home to pick up my dog when she passed and gave me a scented candle to help in my mourning. I'm sorry to have forgotten the name of the wonderful lady who came, but she listened to us talk about our dog and she hugged me when I was about to break down. We got a lovely card in the mail a few days later. My partner was home when the cremains were delivered. They are in a beautiful cedar chest. We also got her paw print in clay, a certificate of cremation, and a printed poem that brought me to tears again. This was such a difficult thing to go through during the holidays and they made this process as easy as it could possibly be. Thank you so much, Very Important Pet Mortuary.
When my little boy, Runner, suddenly crossed the rainbow bridge last month, I already knew who to call to take care of him. I chose VIP Pet Mortuary because I didn’t want to be far away from Run. They are only located 3 miles from me. I was also impressed by all the reviews I read about VIP. But nothing helped me and my family more than how Jane treated us like Family. It was what we needed. She was very kind, sincere, soft spoken, and very much like an Aunt towards me when I first met her. Even through the phone, when I first gave her a call, she immediately gave me that sense of relief that I had nothing to worry about when it came to giving my boy what he deserved.
I highly recommend VIP to anyone who has lost a pet, Our beloved Frenchie Honeybun died last month, and I had no idea what to do. Google search brought up VIP, and I'm so grateful I called. Jane answered my call immediately, and said she could pick the the body that morning. Bun died Sunday night, and Jane came to my house early Monday morning - wow! She was so understanding and sympathetic - just lovely. We placed the body in her large basket, and i said one last goodbye to Bun. The ashes were delivered (to my house!) two weeks later, as promised. Per my request, she divided the ashes into three so that my son and daughter could have some as well. They were in beautiful purple pouches with Honeybun's name on the closure ribbons. Our ashes are held in a lovely wood box. I highly recommend VIP to anyone who has lost a pet and wants cremation services.
