I filled the online form before coming, my second fur baby passed away after my first that I had also brought here for cremation a few years back... We got to see her in a calming grieving room one last time to say our goodbye. The staff was understanding and patient.

I don't care what they name this place. These people have been a stand-up organization for me a handful of times now in my 20 years of caring for senior dogs. Was called Guardian, now it's called West Coast Pet Memorial Services.

They did an incredible job of making the worst day of my life just a little bit better. Incredible compassionate. The care that goes into what they do shows when you get your remains back. It’s as if they treat every pet as it was their own. Thank you for providing this service.

This company cremated my dog through Banfield Pet Hospital. I didn't really know what to expect back, but I received a beautiful wood box with my dog's name engraved and several other nice personal touches. Very pleased and thankful for this company's care and job well done during a tough time. Thank you!
