I got my pet cremated and they took her with such care and gave her back to me with a beautiful box and some seeds for her memorial I recommend this place because their extremely nice/kind

This service was the best, I lost my 11 year old dog I called and they responded quickly. They are friendly and very professional, respectful, and very affordable! I appreciated their timely and kind response. The pick up and delivery was great thank you Andre. I received my baby in a beautiful wood carved box with her name plate on it. It was in a gift bag which I loved! They made the process so personal, compassionate and easy for me. Thank you Kawsi and Andre!! 😊

I was devastated and really didn’t know where to even begin when I lost my cat Betsy. I knew I didn’t want to bury her in our home so I googled what to do and petsRip popped up. Spoke to kwasi immediately. He was so caring and reassuring. Said that he has pets himself so he understood how hard this was. He gave me options and prices right away then picked up within a couple hours. I think what really helped me was how kind he was when picking up Betsy. Took me a while to let go. In about a week I got her back and she’s still with me everyday. Highly recommend PetsRip!

I cannot put my appreciation into words. There is no word that can describe how kind and passionate these people are. On July 1st which was a Saturday early morning I called Pets RIP and Kawsi answered the phone. I was so much crying that I wondered if he could understand what I want but Kawsi with his kind and soothing voice calmed me down and assured me they can take good care of my baby Goombooli who had just gone to heaven. The next day Andre came and took my 14.5 year old Pomeranian and took him to cremate and bring him back to me. Yesterday I got my baby back in a most beautiful box along with his paw print that I can keep it with me forever. I cannot thank enough from Kawsi and Andre. They are the best and they put my mind and my heart in peace. I am just hoping no pet parent lose their baby but if you do these people are the right people. Thank you guys for everything you did for us and for Goombooli
