Bruce was great help, we had our Rottweiler unexpectedly pass around 9PM when most places are closed. We live in north county and Bruce who operates in San Diego arrived in under an hour; he made sure our good boy was in caring hands and in under a week delivered his ashes and his urn to us. So our Rotti could still spend Christmas at his home. Thank you Bruce, for the excellent care and communication with all of our family members.

Bruce was unbelievably amazing in such a hard time. It is not easy saying goodbye to your fur baby but knowing that they are in good hands with Bruce is very comforting. He brings a warm and caring presence in a hard situation. We struggled very hard loosing our baby and Bruce was happy to answer any questions we had, even the crazy ones, to help ease us through this transition. We are forever grateful for his help!

Bruce helped us handle this grieving process with care and compassion during our pup’s passing. The service was clear and quick. Our hearts feel a bit lighter knowing her departure was in the hands of somebody with a kind soul. Thank you Thanicare San Diego 🕊️
