Water Bridge Aquamation provides compassionate pet aftercare services in San Jose, CA.
Water Bridge Aquamation was an absolute blessing during one of the hardest moments of my life. John and Joe were incredibly compassionate while taking care of my dog, Champ, and they truly made a heartbreaking situation so much easier to navigate. My pup passed naturally at home, and they were so responsive in scheduling the pickup and keeping me informed every step of the way. Communication was perfect from start to finish, and you can genuinely tell how deeply they care about the families and pets they serve. I cannot recommend this company enough.
On Christmas morning, we lost our sweet boy, and in one of the hardest moments of our lives, this company showed us nothing but compassion and care. After submitting a request on their website, Joe promptly called me back and gently walked us through our options. After deciding on water cremation, John welcomed us to bring our boy in. He was incredibly kind, patient, and respectful, explaining the entire process and giving us all the time we needed to say goodbye. We never felt rushed, only supported. We received our boy’s remains and keepsakes a couple of days earlier than expected, which meant so much to us. The nose prints, paw impressions, fur clippings, and personalized urn were all beautifully done and thoughtfully included in the price. They are priceless keepsakes that we will cherish forever. They also included Earth Glow plant fertilizer. While this may not be for everyone, as a big plant person, knowing that our dogs body is helping nourish new life and continue growing in another form is incredibly meaningful and healing. I can’t thank John and Joe enough for treating our boy with such dignity and for helping us through an impossibly difficult time. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing end of life care for a beloved pet
I recently toured Water Bridge Aquamation as I begin preplanning for my fur babies, my two cats and my dog. As a death doula, I’ve seen firsthand how important it is to plan ahead for ourselves and our loved ones, and that absolutely includes our animals. From the moment I walked in, the peaceful environment of the facility brought a sense of calm to a subject that can feel heavy. John was so kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate, creating a space that felt comforting and grounding, with everything laid out clearly and with full transparency. Water Bridge Aquamation offers so many beautiful memorial options to honor our pets, I especially loved the glass orbs (pictured). Learning more about the aquamation process was incredibly reassuring and I love the 'Earth Glow', which is the nutrient-rich water created from the process that can be used as a plant fertilizer. The idea of continuing to honor my pets by nurturing new life long after they’ve passed is such a beautiful comfort! I hope I have many more years with my babies, but knowing what comes next brings so much ease, peace, and softness as we continue living fully together. I highly recommend Water Bridge Aquamation to any pet parent wanting a gentle, thoughtful, and truly caring way to honor their animals at the end of life.
We lost our sweetest angel unexpectedly and had to find a place to treat her remains while dealing with the shock and unbearable grief. I am so thankful that we found Water Bridge to help us through the process. Ziggy is such an important part of our lives and we needed a place that would honor her with the dignity, care, and respect that she deserved. I cannot compliment John enough on the way he runs his business. Everything from the way he bagged her ashes to the prints of her nose and paw to the water from the aquacremation, was done with so much thought and care that it gave us some of our peace back. Thank you so much, John, we will not forget the grace that you showed our Ziggy.
I lost my Mimi on Christmas Day, so it was really hard finding a place to take her so she could have a peaceful closure. But I can say that, this is a great place with great communication. I never knew about this place but after the heart breaking moment, it was my first option after my Mimi passed away. It was horrible that day, but the owner explained everything patiently and gave us enough time to make a decision and to say goodbye to my Mimi in her physical shape. The owner is really kind and communicated with me through the whole process and answered any questions that I had. My Mimi was treated well and now thankfully she’s back with us in a really cute urn along with her paws print, nose prints, and a tiny bit of her, her beautiful fur. Thank you.
