Bubbling Well Pet Memorial Park

EDIT 12/26/2025: After leaving this review, Bubbling Well asked me to reach out to make the situation better. They wanted to make sure I knew they cared about Zoefi and my grief, and were incredibly sorry about the mistake that happened. I was offered a free keepsake of my choice from their catalog, which I chose the ornament with her face engraved into it. It's gorgeous and came beautifully packaged. It also came in a matter of days after shipped, even during the holidays. While it doesn't make the problems that happened disappear, I can tell you that Bubbling Well does care about their customers and their pets. I would just recommend that you double or triple check that they are aware you want a paw print/nose print if you do. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I should state that I didn’t have direct contact with Bubbling Well Pet Memorial Park, but their services were used through my vet hospital. I lost my childhood cat and the private cremation service was done by this company. I was given the impression that her engraved paw prints were a part of the private cremation service. 2 weeks after she passed away I was called to receive her remains, but her urn was completely missing her name plate and there was no engraved paw prints. I had to return her and wait another week for her name to be put onto it. I was informed I did not pay for engraved paw prints so I would not receive them. I was disgruntled about the mishap but moved on for the memory of my girl. The only reason I give them two stars is because the urn is beautiful now that her name is actually on it. Now, 2 months later I received a call from the vet hospital stating my cats paw print engravings arrived. I wasn’t expecting this but was happily surprised. That was until I made the trip to the vet and got a bag with an empty envelope and a grief pamphlet that I’d already received with her urn. It was incredibly disheartening. Whenever I get another pet, I know I will seek out a different memorial company. This one did not treat my girl or my grief with any respect or care. An already painful experience was made even harder for reasons I just can’t understand.

Picked up my baby boy's ashes in their office. The memorial park is located elsewhere. The "chapel" has a peaceful ambience with displays of different types of urns, memorabilia, etc. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend🥲🩵 I had the heart-wrenching yet liberating experience of at-home euthanasia for my beloved Piglet, and we brought her to Bubbling Well, where they showed compassion and ease to work with. They offer a beautifully wide selection of urns and memorabilia. We received Piglet's ashes promptly. Thank you bubbling well, it was lovely working with you guys. When my boy passed away unexpectedly in my home I was devastated and at a loss for what to do as we don't own a car at this time. With their partnership with Legacy Pets, I was able to arrange a pickup and delivery to Bubbling Wells to be put to rest within the hour. After he was picked up I thought I'd have to wait weeks to receive the urns I ordered, but I just got them today, a week later and I have to say I am thoroughly impressed with the speed of delivery and care shown throughout the process. Although losing my buddy wasn't easy, Legacy Pets and Bubbling Wells made the process of having him memorialized easy and quick. I also have to say their services are reasonably priced in comparison with other services. Thanks again.

We had a wonderful experience at Bubbling Well when our beloved Scooter passed away. Kevin was great and very respectful of our grief. Would highly recommend.
