When my dog Luna passed away, Coral Cremation handled everything with genuine care and compassion. From the first call to the moment I received his ashes, they made me feel like Luna truly mattered. The pickup was prompt and respectful, and the staff kept me updated the whole time. Her urn and paw print were done beautifully, and it was clear they take great pride in honoring every pet they care for. Losing her was heartbreaking, but Coral Cremation made the process comforting and dignified, something I'll always be thankful for.

Our big dog Sammy passed away peacefully this morning. I called and spoke to Valerie. She was amazing and so comforting. Our dog is HUGE and the price to come pick him up at our home, cremate him and return him to us was 449.00. Such an amazing price. Valerie, thank you for your kind heart and professionalism.

if i could give zero stars i would DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They seem really nice and empathetic but when it comes time get your pet back its every pet parents' worst nightmare. The person who came and took him away was very kind. The kid they had return him to use simply handed him over like yesterday's leftovers and said I don't have your ink print, but someone should bring it next week. I called the center that day to complain and they said it would arrive soon and they have to check but they may have a paw print. They never called back. Not only did they take over a month to return him, but 2 weeks later I'm still calling for the paw print I ordered. Only to find they took a nose print I didn't ask for and did not take the paw print. I called them many times prior to his cremation, and they had every opportunity to make sure they had the correct requests on the service. The call center refuses to let you speak to a manager or the owner and simply wants to "pass on the information." i've asked multiple times to speak to a manager or have one call me back which still has not happened. they also do not record their calls so there's no way to verify what I asked for. yes, they did offer additional keepsakes at no charge, however this does not fix the fact the services were rendered incorrectly. Nor does it excuse the fact that they have caused weeks more of trauma every time I have to call and reexplain my situation. it's completely inexcusable and I don't know how they are still in business if this is how they handle situations. if you want stress and pain go with this company, they're very skilled at dragging your heart thru the mud and stomping on it repeatedly. I don't want anyone else to ever have to go thru this again. find another place a better place.

Our beloved Labrador Woody passed away at the age of 14. I wanted to give our family something to remember him by. I called Coral, and Dawn was understanding and empathetic during this whole process. Stephan, came to pick up Woody, and he was very empathetic and understanding, he was taking away one of our family members. He allowed the family to grieve and each member to take a corner of the blanket as Paul Bearers while we took Woody to the back of the SUV. He allowed us to put a blanket over Woody and have a moment of remembrance with the all the family members. Dawn delivered the ashes in a beautiful urn. She gave my wife a hug as she was crying. Thank you.
