Neptune Society

I was referred to Neptune Society after my mother passed away unexpectedly. From my initial phone call to picking up my mother’s ashes & death certificate, Shawna and staff made us feel like family. They handled our mothers death delicately. It was truly a wonderful experience despite the circumstance. 5 stars in customer service.

The entire Neptune staff, from my initial contact, was kind, professional and supportive! Dayna and her staff, at the Castro Valley location, have contacted me asking if I need additional support. They have kept me informed of the entire process and answered all my questions! I will be arranging the scattering of my friends ashes in the next few weeks. Because of the experience I’ve had with the local Neptune team, I feel confident that this also will be handled with professionalism and kindness.

Neptune Society in Castro Valley was awesome after losing my husband. They were a great when finalizing his final arrangements. I can't say enough about the great place and their wonderful staff. They treated myself, my daughter, and my brother with the upmost dignity I could have ever asked for. I highly recommend Neptune Society to everyone that wants to make their pre-need arrangements. Also Shawna Huges was the best and she treated all of us very professional and very caring.

The Neptune Society is wonderful. We used them for my dad 22 years ago and my mom had everything set up with them and ready to go before she recently passed. The process was so easy and they have contacted me since offering comforting words and support. Shawna was amazing, so caring and empathetic. I cannot recommend them enough.

Everyone with the Castro Valley Neptune Society was very nice and very helpful in a stressful time. When my brother passed, we had to have his remains cremated and mailed to the funeral home in Kentucky. Everything went very smoothly and I really appreciated their help. I highly recommend them to everyone.
