Pacific Interment Service provides compassionate pet aftercare services in San Francisco, CA.
Aside from having very competitive pricing, the staff at Pacific Interment Service were patient and compassionate. Our family had several of what I would call non-standard requests which were treated as perfectly normal. And after the cremation, they made sure that all of our requests were carried out. Because of their many years in the business, they were able to let us know about taking cremains out of the country, including the paperwork and bureaucracy involved. I would recommend their business to anyone who needs cremation services.
I couldn't have picked a better place in terms of having my grand Father's unexpected and recent passing taken care of. Amanda at pacific was extremely responsive, and super communicative on the entire process. This was my first time dealing with a death and I was extremely lost on everything, but Pacific Interment Service made everything seamless. I really appreciate everything that was done, and how it all was handled. Open and honest place!
I'm so grateful that Pacific Interment helped me through the tough times a couple months ago when my dad passed away. They're friendly and professional, the whole process is super easy, the pricing is really reasonable, and I highly recommend them.
Experience has been pretty awful. My sister and I both called regarding my father receiving cremation services and not one person offered their condolences to us, ever. The first time I called (Saturday 1/14) the person answering the phones didn't know that they were closed on MLK day and told me to call back on that day to report my father's death. I left a message and no one called me back. I called for the 3rd time on Tuesday, 1/17 and I could hear people in the background talking/laughing loudly, absolutely unprofessional. I understand this is your workplace but people calling you have most likely just lost someone close to them, the last thing we need is someone on the other end treating us like we are ordering a pizza instead of offering services for the death of a loved one. When my sister offered to pick up the ashes she was told the San Francisco location was no longer open and that she would have to take time off work to drive to Emeryville (office hours are limited and inconvenient as they close at 4:30 and only open M-F). Absolutely no warmth or emotional intelligence from the employees which is not the experience I had when our mother was cremated at the SF location in 2019. Very disappointed in your treatment and will not recommend your business to anyone. *The name "Betty Rivers" is fake but my unfortunate experience with your business was very real and unkind. I read your response below and STILL no condolences have been made. Is it that difficult to start off a conversation with "I'm sorry for your loss"? You wasted so much time researching my "false" claims when all you had to say was "sorry". Damn you are really awful. SMH.
Nice and affordable.
