The staff at Dignified Alternative (Hatcher Cremations) was very professional and consoling during this time of loss. They took their time to explain everything in depth and constantly asked if we had any questions about the process. They actually took several calls from us a couple days after the fact and were very helpful in getting the answers we needed. They were also extremely expedient on posting our memorial page for guests to fill out and went above and beyond to make sure the process was seamless as it could be with everything that was on our plate during this time. They also did not try to take advantage of us with the price of the cremation and were very fair in pricing compared to other businesses in their line of work. I would highly recommend giving them a chance to help during this grieving time as they do as much as they can to take whatever off your plate.
