Amaryllis Cremation

Looks like my experience was not the usual according to other reviews here. I completed the online form on Saturday. My loved one was in a hospital in hospice. The online info said someone would contact me. On Monday my loved one passed around noon. The hospice contacted Amaryllis and I was informed by hospice someone from Amaryllis would contact me. I never received a call. We went with another company and the person who answered my call was very kind, patient, compassionate and informative over the phone. I called Amaryllis at 7:30pm on Monday and advised we went with another company due to lack of contact. The person who answered the phone said they would cancel the online request but didn’t seem concerned at all. I’m glad we chose another company. I hope our experience is the exception as it’s a difficult enough time without having a poor experience with the cremation provider.

It was a pleasure and a great relief working with Amaryllis. They were extremely helpful and comforting. Sara was exceptionally kind and thoughtful and spent a great deal of time with me. I wholeheartedly recommend them in your time of need.

This is the second time I have work with Amaryllis Cremation and both times have been phenomenal. Every time I have called them on the phone I have been to reach them. They walk you through the whole process and answer all and any questions you have. Both times I have had Sara as my representative in the process and she goes above and beyond...extremely professional!
