Cremations of Tampa

When my dad passed away in hospice, it happened late at night and unexpectedly. I was not able to be there in time, and I was overwhelmed trying to figure out next steps. Alan answered the phone in the middle of the night and handled everything with calm, compassion, and professionalism. He arranged for my dad to be picked up promptly and treated the situation with genuine care. He made a very difficult moment feel manageable, and I am deeply grateful for how kind and reassuring he was throughout the process. Working with Alan was easy, comforting, and respectful during one of the hardest moments of my life. The only downside worth noting is that the actual cremation was handled through Spangler Cremations, which was not my preferred experience. That said, Alan himself was excellent to work with, and his compassion and responsiveness made a significant difference for my family. I would recommend Alan without hesitation for his professionalism and humanity during an incredibly painful time.

Alan was very professional and patient with me as we went thru the process. He was always available to answer questions and provide assistance. He made this very painful process easy to manage. He also gave me a beautiful bouquet of flowers when picking up the ashes. It was a very nice gesture.

Losing my Mom was incredibly hard, but knowing she was in caring hands meant a lot. A special thank you to Alan, who showed exceptional kindness and respect – his calm presence was true comfort, his support made a difference during a tough time. I am so grateful and appreciate for the care you provided.

At a time when I felt vulnerable & unsure, Alan, at Cremations of Tampa, had a calming and reassuring effect on me. He answered my questions and was very patient when I called back asking probably questions I had asked before, while encouraging me to call with any more queries. Everything was handled in a very professional manner from beginning to end. I was advised of everything that was happening along the way. I received the Death Certificates within a week and the cremains were delivered to me in person in less than 2 weeks, along with a bouquet of flowers. How compassionate that was! And Alan even edited the obituary for me because I had forgotten an important detail. A difficult situation was made much easier because of Cremations of Tampa. I highly recommend them.

Cremations of Tampa was absolutely amazing. Very compassionate and I want to do a huge shout out to Alan, he went above and beyond for us. You can tell he loves his work and it shows. They were very reasonable on their prices. I highly recommend Cremations of Tampa.
