I can’t thank Crevasse's enough for the care and compassion they showed during such a difficult time. Loosing our sweet old dog was so difficult but it warmed my heart to know his earthly body was cared for by such loving people. I dealt with Coral and she went above and beyond and really brought peace to such a sad day. I was given the best service when I had to have my precious little Finnie cremated. They were so professional and kind. The girl made me feel completely at ease and allowed me to take my time saying goodbye to my little boy. I am so glad I used Crevasses Pet Cremation Services as they made a difficult process go very smoothly and without any concerns.

Every pet owner hopes that their furbaby will be handled with care in the delicate and emotional time that they pass. This was not the case. We were mortified to discover that this service not only BUTCHERED our precious cat's clay pawprint impression, but also neglected to provide a clipping of her gorgeous fur. She is gone. FOREVER. We will never again have the chance to pet her and admire her beautiful coat. We will never again have the chance to admire her dainty toe beans while she sleeps. This service has delivered what we feel is the equivalent to a slap in the face to our kitty's memory. An ink nose boop with no whiskers. A grotesque looking clay paw print that left us wondering if they even had the right cat when doing so. It seriously looks like they hyper extended her paws to do the print, which left her toes in an unnatural widened shape. Completely unidentifiable to what our baby's paws actually look like. We have always used "Paw Prints" pet cremation services and were unnaware that our vet had switched to Crevasse. Paw Prints always provided a handwritten condolences card, fur clippings and a lovely arrangement of whiskers with well done clay paw prints done with CARE. We were appauled to see such a lack of personality, empathy and intimacy in the way in which our pets remains were handled. I do not recommend this service and it has deeply upset my family to the point where we are paranoid about how our other pets remains will be handled in the future. This service feels very cold and industrialized, not warm and personal.
