Shirley and the rest of the team are kind, compassionate, and will help you get through one of the most difficult times of your life. I lost my soul dog on September 27th after almost 12 years of loving him. It was one of the worst pains I have ever felt, and it took me two weeks to even be able to write this review. They treated him with dignity and care. I am so happy that I chose Faithful Companions. Initially, I called over 15 places in my area or within a two hour driving distance. The staff at Faithful Companions proved their compassion for animals instantly over the phone, and I knew I wanted to go with them for his services, after speaking to them. The kindness and understanding they showed was exactly what I needed to feel comfortable. I was able to do a private cremation here for bubs, and bring him home with me the same day. They did an amazing job on his paw print, everything I took home with me will be treasured forever. I have thought about bubs every single day since his passing, and cried over the immeasurable loss. I thank everyone at Faithful Companions, because I was able to say goodbye to him one last time and watch as he transforms to his next stage. Thank you for your care and kindness.

I am so beyond grateful for Faithful Companion Pet cremations. I am in rescue and occasionally you are reminded you can't save them all. I woke up to one of my tiny fosters having crossed the bridge. She was so small and only 8 ounces. I contacted Christian from Faithful Companion and within minutes, we had an appointment for her to be cremated the next day, which was memorial day. Christian is an animal person so when he tells you he is sorry for your loss-he is sincere and wholeheartedly means it. I'm sure sometimes this job takes a toll on him because of his love for animals. I know that as soon as he walked away with little Valerie- he was still treating her with dignity, care and compassion. I've seen too many horror stories with human and pet loved ones that are not treated well by professionals when they think nobody is looking. I was blown away by what I received when I got her back the same day. I have used their competitor (F*ster's) many times. Never once did they put forth the effort like Faithful Companion did. The competitor just makes a computer print out piece of paper sympathy card. Faithful Companion used an actual real card that was signed by everybody. They also put her ashes in a plastic bag, inside a beautiful satchel (with an authenticity medallion ) and placed it inside the urn. I used their competitor when my most favorite thing ever, Xena, passed away. They returned her ashes in a ZIPLOCK BAG shoved inside the urn. I was absolutely heartbroken and horrified. So if you ever used a pet crematory that returned your baby in a Ziploc bag, that is not OK! Leave them and come here where your baby is treated with kindness from start to finish and isn't just a dollar sign. The engraving on the urn is beautiful and I wasn't even expecting that! The competitor never offered me anything of the sort. They just stuck a sticker on the bottom with the pets name. Faithful Companion also does pick ups. So if your baby passes at the vet, they can pick the baby up. Or even from your home. Thank you so much to Christian and Shirley for making this awful time a little bit better. Now I know there are options when it comes to pet cremations where the people actually care. I know I will need this service again and I will absolutely be returning.

Faithful Companion did a communal burial for both my kitties that I have lost over the past year. They did BEAUTIFUL paw prints for both my babies 🐾 and now and I am so happy our vet works with this company. They returned the paw prints quickly each time. I wish I could upload a picture. We lost our dear Labrador Retriever on Thursday and were surprised and comforted to have her remains hand delivered to our home the very next day. Her ashes were in a lovely personalized box and they included her paw print with some sweet charms in the mold, (and a wooden display rack). There was also some literature related to grief. Reggie, the kind gentleman who brought her remains was extremely compassionate. I’ve lost furry family members in the past, but I have to say Faithful Companion Pet Cremation went above and beyond to ease our pain in the worst of times.
