We can’t say enough wonderful things about Faithful Friends. In our desperate time of need, while being new to the area, we found ourselves calling around to find a crematorium for our beloved 20-year-old terrier, McGruff. Out of all the places we contacted, no one came close to showing the level of patience, compassion, and empathy that Faithful Friends did. From the very first phone call, both Mira and Nicole were incredibly kind and helpful. They walked us through the entire process and made arrangements for a same-day cremation, allowing us to have our sweet boy back with us as soon as possible. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Damon (along with the resident Boss Cat, Tinker, and Baby Boss, Macie Marie) and his kindness and compassion were exactly what we needed in that difficult moment. We’ve spent our lives rescuing dogs and giving them a second chance at life. We believe it’s just as important to ensure their passing is handled with the same love, dignity, and respect. After our experience with Faithful Friends, we wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. They made us feel like family, and now, we consider them part of ours. You never want to face the loss of a beloved pet, but if and when that time comes, it’s comforting to know there’s a place like Faithful Friends who will treat your furry family member as one of their own. I was visiting Zephyrhills from out of state and unfortunately had to put my older ill dog to sleep. I called Faithful Friends and they were extremely compassionate and accommodating since it was the afternoon and I was requesting a private and expedited cremation. Everyone that I encountered was so nice and caring. Additionally, the facility was neat, clean, and they had a bed for me to lay my girl on while we took care of paperwork. The price was very reasonable too. I hope you never need them, but if you do, I highly recommend them.

Our sweet Penny Lane passed away during the night, after most pet services were closed. I called Faithful Friends, and without hesitation, Jerry met us at the facility and made an incredibly difficult process as easy as possible. His care and compassion for our pup gave us comfort knowing she was in good hands. The facility was clean, professional, and welcoming. It’s clear they are true animal lovers who understand the heartache of losing a beloved pet. I highly recommend Faithful Friends to anyone facing this difficult time

Damon,you all went out of your way and above and beyond for us,and knowing we drove from Port Charlotte to Zephyrhills,a couple hours drive on a Saturday evening,you not only welcomed us with only open doors but open arms as well and literally stressed to us to "please drive safely, don't rush, we'll be here when you get here!" Damon,your services exceeds excellent and although you had other obligations such as your daughter in the parade,you set aside time to accommodate us. That speaks volumes!! Again,we are more than satisfied for your services. The five choices of complimentary urns to chose from beats them all!!! We chose the urn (Until we meet again at the Rainbow Bridge) very beautiful;the plaster paw print was beautiful and the ink 🐾 print was exceptional along with other things. I'm sure folks know how much vet bills can accumulate,they add up fast and upon the few weeks of vet bills and prayers to making that final decision Saturday morning of letting Squirt go, Faithful Friends Pet Cremation was by far the most reasonable, especially for what is offered and we searched from Naples( hour and a half South of us) to Tampa, Clearwater, Largo,etc.. and after finding Faithful Friends Pet Cremation,it was more than worth the two hours drive North to Zephyrhills!! Damon,the service was A+ and more than star rated which we can't brag about enough!! Trust us,we called our family members, friends as well as a few deputies we know about Faithful Friends Pet Cremation. The care,love, sympathy and hospitality really made us feel like family instead of a customer which speaks volumes!! Elizabeth and I and our family want to thank you Damon,your wife and Nicole as well as the rest of the staff for taking us in Saturday evening but mostly, taking care of Squirt! Squirt bought 16 years of pure love and joy to my fiance's family as well as a couple years to me. That lil 9 pound Squirt is missed 😥. In closing, I definitely will recommend Faithful Friends Pet Cremation to anyone. The service y'all give is immeasurable 🙏. My pop told me long ago; A hand shake is a man's word and credit!! Faithful Friends Pet Cremation falls in line with my pop's saying!! Today, it's really hard to find valued services without seeing or talking about dollar signs first. This was a very heartbreaking time where my dog was killed due to negligence by the pet hospital and given a medicine that killed him in 2 days. The heartbreak that we will is one that I wouldn’t wish on anybody. The staff was friendly, reassuring, empathetic, and understanding as to the grief we were feeling. I just lost my mom 3 months earlier so losing my dog was such a horrible thing to have happen. Thank you faithful friends for taking your time and being so welcoming, and such compassionate people.
