Gentle Pet Crossing - Aquamation/Euthanasia Services

This was my first time experiencing the death of a beloved pet. My girl was by my side for almost 17 yrs and the thought of incinerating her body in an oven was very disturbing to me. She would haunt me forever if I did that to her. So, it was either a live burial or aquamation for us and finding Gentle Crossing made my decision alot easier. That day, Steele from Gentle Crossing came to the animal hospital at last minute notice to help me transport her body to their office. To my surprise, he arrived equipped with a cat bed and blanket to carry her out in. I was a wreck. Him being there and showing compassion and care meant so much to me as I was new to the area without any friends or family to support me. The process took about 4 days and I received her remains, paw prints and a lock of her fur, all packaged so nicely.. They also kindly accepted my special request to keep a extra handful of her fur for me. Thank you so much for taking care of my sweet baby. I am forever grateful.

I am so glad I found gentle pet crossing to take care of my beautiful baby that passed so suddenly and In such a difficult sad sad time , Jackie and Juan were so caring, compassionate and sympathetic. I had a really hard time letting go and they were so understanding and let me sit with her little body until I was ready. Thank you guys for taking care of my girl. I will miss her forever….

We are deeply thankful to Gentle Pet Crossing and Dr. Dash for the love and compassion they showed us and our sweet Bella. Saying goodbye to her at home was one of the hardest moments of our lives, but their gentle presence, patience, and genuine care brought us comfort and peace. Our sweet Bella was treated with so much dignity and love, and we will always be grateful for how beautifully they honored her.

I’m very grateful to have found Gentle Pet Crossing. This was one of the most emotionally difficult decisions I have ever made. The person I spoke to on the phone was understanding and took their time to explain everything and continue answering any follow-up calls. Dr. Dash arrived at my home. She was peaceful and very compassionate. She suggested I allow my other dogs to have time with Gigi after she passed so they would understand once she was taken away. She even gave some feedback on how to explain this to my daughter. Dr. Dash truly cared about me and my dog throughout this entire process. Afterwards, she gave me a hug and later on I realized she had also left a sympathy card, which I greatly appreciated. I am so thankful to Gentle pet crossing and Dr. Dash for everything they did for my family.

Our baby recently crossed over the rainbow bridge. And Gentle Pet Crossing was there to help us through the whole process. They were so respectful, tender with the situation and this allowed us to feel more at peace with the important decision that was changing our family's life. We couldn't have been happier to have chosen them for this. We chose the aquamation method so that our baby would go gently. We received a beautiful poem when we received her ashes. It was all honestly so beautiful. Thank you, thank you, thank you - from the bottom of our heart for helping us through this difficult time with our baby.
