I wish I had more words to describe how wonderful our experience with the Neptune Society was. I can honestly say it was the best gift my mom ever gave me. She did the prepaid cremation services and the Neptune Society took care of every possible step. All I had to do was call the number on the paperwork. In the toughest most emotional time of my life they walked me though with care and compassion for me as a person, I never felt like a customer. They checked in on my emotional wellbeing and made sure I knew they were always just a phone call away. They treated my mom's remains with such respect it made my soul feel more at ease. Sara and her team are truly amazing to work with. My husband and I are now going to go through the process of setting this up for ourselves so our children will never have to deal with the after death process.

The Neptune Society worked as a team to ensure our mom was treated with the utmost care and dignity. The representatives, both on the phone and in person were very gentle and respectful of our mom in our time of grieving her passing . Mom had purchased her Neptune package over 15 years ago. Neptune honored her purchase in every way. We would highly recommend Neptune Society for your needs.

We've faced difficult challenges with losing both of my parents within the last 6 months. One of the greatest gifts they gave our family was taking care of their final arrangements with Neptune before they passed. All we had to do is make one phone call, and Neptune took care of absolutely everything from there. No hard decisions to be made, no arrangements we needed to manage, no stress at all. And all communications with the staff at Neptune has been wonderful! They are kind, competent, and so very helpful. If you pre-plan your cremations with Neptune Society as my husband and I did, you will be happy with them. They treated me with respect and understanding when my husband passed in a month after we made the arrangements. They handled everything for me right down to the Obituary on their site. No hidden charges at all. Our options were in black and white and no pressure whatsoever with anything.

Unfortunately, I have used Neptune Society twice in the past 2 years. I say unfortunately because I lost two members of my family in that short time span. The Neptune Society offered me sympathy and support while paying attention to details so I didn’t have to. I would recommend The Neptune Society to anyone who is in need of their services when a loved one passes away.
