I’m at a loss for words to express my deepest gratitude to the Safe Pasages team during this incredibly heartbreaking time. When my beloved princess, Maxxi, had an accident, I reached out to Cristin immediately. She answered my call with utmost compassion and understanding, asking for the most basic details and providing me with all the information I needed. The invoicing process was seamless, and the payment was surprisingly easy. We only had to wait a few hours to receive Cody, who helped us pick up Maxxi. He was incredibly compassionate and treated my princess with the utmost respect. He was patient and provided us with the support we needed during this difficult time. They truly understand the urgency of such situations. Three days later, I received a very special memory with Maxxi. They had crafted a beautiful handcrafted urn with her name and paw print, another piece of wood with the paw print, a paper with the original paw prints, a card from the entire team with a heartfelt message, a certificate of cremation, and a card with a planted tree in Maxxi’s name. I couldn’t hold back my tears when I saw how beautifully and meticulously they had returned my princess home. I have no words to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I received. Safe Passage truly stands out as the best service I’ve ever encountered. Thank you, Cristin, Cody, Amber, Matt, Justin, and Cindy. Thank you for not only providing a service but also for being human in this incredibly difficult time. We recently used Safe Passage Pet for our beloved dog, Lilly, and I cannot express how grateful we are for the compassion and professionalism they provided during such a painful moment. Amy was the Licensed Specialist who came to our home, and she handled everything with remarkable care, patience, and dignity. From the moment she arrived, Amy created a peaceful and comforting environment for Lilly and for us. Safe Passage was EXCEPTIONAL since day one. They handled the passing of my beautiful cat with empathy and compassion. They hand delivered his ashes to me in a timely manner and with a Beautiful presentation. Down to the last detail and the planting of a tree in his honor, I am so pleased to have found them during this difficult time.

It was in the middle of the night when I lost my baby girl. In our time of despair my husband made a couple of phone calls ( not expecting and answer after all it was the middle of the night) and SafePassage reached out to us by phone first thing around 7:00am right away. They asked for basic information from him through text about our baby. They arrived promptly at my home within the hour and they are over 30 miles away. The young man was very professional and caring he put a warm blanket over her and loaded her on to a gurney and took my baby . They said she would back to me on Friday it was Tuesday morning. Much to my surprise they brought here home the very next day. This is a wonderful company and as much as it pains me to say this, if or when I ever have to use this service again they will be my first call. Thank you so much for making the process seamless and easy. I love the fact they only do private cremations and if you want they will let you watch at least part of the process so you can see it is your baby they are taking care of. I myself could not bare to watch any of it so I declined. However for a company to offer that you know they can be trusted with your loved one. Thanks again!
