Cremation Service of Florida, and more specifically Margaret Watts that I dealt with personally, was amazing. The professionalism and communication were on point and very appreciated. The service was straightforward and cost was clear and fair. Everything was handled with kindness and compassion and all was organized and felt like a seamless process. I am so very thankful to The Watts Family and the way in which they took care of my grandfather's final arrangements. I would recommend this service to Anyone. 5 stars aren't enough. Thank you!

Margaret is very nice to work with. When my mom passed away and did not know what to do, I called five different companies and her staff and she patiently answered all my questions. It was very helpful in my difficult times when I didn't know what to do. She gave me guidance and accommodate my needs.
