These people are ridiculous liars..if you love your person..for God's sake go somewhere else. They don't care for your person. They are disgusting..they get money from the county..then from you,and treat you and your loved one like garbage. They promise you lies..go someplace else!!!! They had me pay for m y friend that they considered indegint.. said would make me a personal representative and give me a death certificate..just paid them 595.00 what the dumb people didn't know..I was willing to pay the 1400...they offered that and then threw it in my face .I wouldn't send a dead squirrel on the side of the road to this place. So many lies..believe the negative reviews
I would like to inform everyone to please stay away from this place. Michelle is not an honest person. The place is horrible. Takes them forever to get what you need done for your loved one. Money is their number one concern. Sad. Please just stay away
I would give zero stars if possible. These people have ignored and never return my phone calls . They have had my brother for 5 months and I still have not received his ashes. Avoid at all cost , I will be reporting them !!!
Listen believe all the negative reviews. On the day the Funeral Home came to pick the body up Michelle ( the Funeral Director) told The Next of Kin it will be a month before, we have Our Loved One ready for a Service. I (the Insurance Beneficiary)knew then they were a Bad Choice. I've unfortunately, buried alot of Loved Ones it has never taken a month for a body to be ready for a Service. Michelle is rude and not a honest person. She has no empathy for people grieving. She went with out returning our calls and emails for too long. It was not until, I had the Division of Funeral, Cemetery, and Consumer Services involved is when she became responsive again. The Funeral Home begin to move more quickly with having Our Loved One Ready so, their Remains can go to Our Home State to properly say goodbye. To avoid having extra stress and problems while you are mourning do not do business with this Funeral Home .
