We had a wonderful Experience with Schnauss funeral home For my uncles visitation and funeral. The staff was very compassionate when they met with us to plan the services. Michelle was very detailed with planning all of the things we needed to do at the church and cemetery and set all of these items up for us. My uncle looked wonderful in the casket at the visitation and we were very happy with the presentation. The limousine picked us up the next day at the house and took us to the church where the staff of the funeral home guided us to the front of the chapel for the family seating area. The service was very nice with the flowers having been placed around the chapel in a tasteful manner. The service concluded and the pall bearers were guided by the funeral home to Place the casket in the hearse. they then guided us to the limousine. The procession was handled by three police officers who guided us to the cemetery. The funeral staff then guided us from the limousine to the family seats at the mausoleum to have the graveside service before the interment of the body. Once the interment was complete we all then got back in the limousine and were taken home. What a wonderful service done by a great company. I highly recommend this funeral home for your burial Needs. Their kindness at this time of need Was Much appreciated.

We have known the Schnauss family for several generations, but this was the first instance in which we needed the services of Schnauss NE Florida Funeral Home. My brother and I were grateful for the professionalism, care, and attention to detail provided. Every aspect of the arrangements was handled smoothly and thoughtfully, from the planning through the conclusion of service at the church & cemetery. Communication was clear, the process was seamless, and nothing was overlooked. It was comforting to work with someone we trust who understands our family and our wishes so well. We truly appreciate the level of service and would highly recommend them to others.

Fabulous service and hassle free. This was my first experience and Roger and Alaina made the process easy. They answered all my questions and gave me directions on what to do next. Most importantly, they did not take advantage of my grief and inexperience and try to sell me on anything that I didn't ask for. I appreciate their honesty and sincerity. I highly recommend their services.

DO NOT USE THIS FUNERAL HOME. NEGATIVE 100 stars. This was the worst experience in my life. The Director Eugenia needs to be fired. We paid for a final viewing and she was on her phone. When I told her she was unprofessional she started laughing at us. When the manager Roy got involved- in the same room and present during the escalation he did not do anything and said that he was sorry but he didn't hear anything. What a joke. He also couldn't look anyone in the eyes and has an incredibly weak personality. The director Eugenia is a disgusting person. My mom heard her and another person talking loudly in the next room about me. Just disgusting work. I am changing funeral homes after paying because that is how horrible it was. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

I recently needed the services of a funeral home as I had lost my mom. I knew right away who I would use because of the quality of service I received in the past. See, no one knows the grief and pain of losing a child (my daughter) unless they too have lost a child. The service provided by the professionals at Schnauss, I think the name of the business was different then, was highly professional, supportive, and compassionate. Every detail of the service provided was to uplift the family members in their time of loss and grief. I highly recommend Schnauss funeral home to anyone needing their services.
