Cremation Choices

I can not share the the true feelings for James and Michelle at Cremation Choices. They have helped us through 2 of our Family members with kindness and first class service. we have changed several things and they have been wonderful. Michelle hats off to your extra effort in the obituaries. truly something priceless. Thank you again for our family to yours.

James and Michelle were incredibly helpful with our situation. We had some unique issues and they helped find a way for my mom to see my brother one last time and say goodbye with a sense of calm and peace from him. It was truly the right thing for us. Can’t thank them enough 💛 Price was incredibly fair and upfront which was appreciated at this time of so much change in our lives.

Cremation Choices is remarkable! My spouse died suddenly and I was a wreck. They were not only compassionate but also respectful. When I walked through the door, James was friendly, attentive and generous as he answered my questions, made the calls needed, and consoled me. Michelle was very thoughtful and gracious in handling all of the details, making sure that I was ok at each step. In the days leading up to the funeral, they were kind and efficient as I contacted them for additional items and reviewed details. I cannot say enough about the wonderful care and kindness that is the hallmark of these individuals. They are a credit to the funeral service!

Michelle Olson was very sweet and I can tell that she has a beautiful heart. However, we did not have a similar experience with other employees. James Malloch told one of our family members not to bother showing up to their parent's cremation if they didn't sign a paper. That is not the proper way to treat or talk to a family that is grieving. I hope you don't have to experience that same nastiness, attitude, and treatment when one of your parents passes away. Please be more empathetic and patient going forward.

My daughter and I visited for help. Michelle's positive attitude and sincere approach with our problem figured out what we needed to do, cost, and offered to let us know when she would receive the papers we needed. I do appreciate her understanding and aid in my sad time. Thank you.
