First I want to say the experience was wonderful. Debra was amazing. She let us know what to expect, was very communicative, and had our best interests in mind. From start to finish she was there for us. Answered every question, and kept us at ease. My parents had everything taken care of years ahead of time and when my Dad passed recently it was a very smooth transition. We went in on the defensive thinking they were going to try to sell us more “options”. Debra did not do that. It was very clear that she cared about our situation. Although not the happiest of times, it was a good experience. Thank you again to Debra and her staff.

National Cremation & Burial Society was terrific. Thank goodness our mother prearranged her cremation. Elizabeth and her team walked us through everything and were so kind. We could not have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend them and are grateful for their compassion, knowledge and professionalism. Elizabeth was especially supportive and if there are earth angels, she is one of them.

From the first day I called to notify National Cremation of my husband's passing. They were so compassionate. Walking me through all the steps of what was going to take place. I had 1 person that handled everything for me. Marnie was so kind, giving me condolences and making me feel confident on how things were being done. I was notified of each step done regarding my husband Any questions I had were answered. I felt like I was in the best hands. I would recommend National Cremation to anyone for future planning or an unexpected death. Loosing a loved one is never easy but National Cremation Staff made my time of grieving an easy Marnie was a true Angel given to me. Her companion was more than I could have asked for . National cremation did a fantastic job for me and my family. They walked us through the steps and made everything so very simple when they walk me into Where are my wife was presented was very Emotional for my son and I. Later I Requested photos of the butterfly And the stone. Marnie Responded first thing in the morning To my email I can’t take them enough to follow up later with a special service on December 5 for all the people they help this year. Even today, the Church Family and all the visitors, just have wonderful things to say about Debra L. Greenidge and all the folks who helped through out the Funeral Service.
