They took such loving care of Natasha, who passed away on Christmas Eve night. My first fur baby who made it to 17 years. From the moment I called, they were compassionate and reassuring, arriving quickly and keeping me updated through every step of the process. They handled everything with so much gentleness and respect, taking the time to prepare her paw print, her urn, and even a small pendant of Natasha—each detail showing how much care and love they put into what they do. Being able to bring her back home, knowing how thoughtfully she was cared for, meant more to me than I can put into words.

If you find yourself in the very awful time of losing a pet, this is where you can bring them to send them off in a beautiful way. Everyone I encountered were very kind and considerate. Options were explained for any keepsakes to always remember your precious babies. The prices were as expected. They explain the process thoroughly and give live updates for each step. I had to go through this process alone and for the very first time. I’m grateful I chose Resting Rainbow and it was their very first time helping a guinea pig. They did amazing with my sweet baby, Reese.

Luis and the Resting Rainbow of Orlando Team were so wonderful and caring with My Rocky Boy and my family. I had such comfort from my first conversation with them. It was such a difficult time for me to make the awful decision to send my beautiful best friend over the rainbow 🌈 They were compassionate and very accommodating for my very large Rottweiler. I highly recommend them and feel Rocky was handled with love and dignity. He’ll forever be watching over me and by my side.

A week later and I still can’t even believe I'm having to write this. Resting Rainbow made a horrifically tragic day for us end with nothing but kindness, compassion, and care. My husband and I lost our first pet of 14 years and didn't know what to do upon finding him. We found RR through Google and were blessed they took control of the situation. It was later in the day on a Saturday so we didn't imagine there would be much we could do but they came in and took care of us. We were there less than an hour and were leaving with our pup. At a time when we were beside ourselves with grief they made honoring our dog easy. We are forever blessed by their devotion to making sure our baby was cared for. Could not offer a higher recommendation for a business. Forever grateful.
