Mr Pedro was very professional and compassionate towards our needs. Very affordable, not like other companies that are charging so much. I recommend this company when the time comes to say goodbye to those beautiful souls that are our beloved pets, who are one more member of our family. Mr Pedro kept his word. Couldn't have asked for better service. Even though I called late Pedro was very patient and understanding. I was lost did not who to call or what to say but he helped me every step of the way. We never expected to be down this path so soon but he made it special for our family because he knew how she meant in our lives. She will be missed and thanks to American Pets we will have her still with us.

Great value. Outstanding customer service. Our 12 year young dog , Sultan passed away peacefully at home after a short illness on a weekday at around 9pm. We had already booked a vet to put him down in a few days down the road so at that time we looked online, found APC and decided to call them before their closing time of 10pm. I talked to Pedro who was very compasionate from the minute he picked up the phone. As agreed , Nicolas picked up Sultan's body the following morning. I have to commend Nicolas personality and top customer service. He was empathetic from the minute he knocked our door to the time he delivered Sultan's ashes the following day. Altogether, a GREAT experience with APC. I would recommend their services to anyone living in North Dade county.

Got in contact with Pedro, and he was excellent with communication and with the crematory service. He quickly answered all of my questions and doubts, as I had never done this before.
