When dealing with one of the toughest things we have to deal with in our life, he made it completely seamless. Including coming in on his day off to allow me to pick up my father‘s ashes. The most difficult thing you can imagine doing made incredibly easy. From the initial phone call everything was handled with the utmost care and compassion. We dealt directly with central Florida Cremation and did not use a funeral home. Could not have asked for better service. Highly recommended
